YOU ARE PURCHASING AN INDOOR ARTIST ALLEY BOOTH SPACE 8'x10' FOR BOTH August 29th & 30th, we are not offering 1 day booths for this event!
We do not supply tables or chairs for this event.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** NO REFUNDS 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT (please let us know before deadline for any type of refund.)
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LEAVE YOUR SETUP OVERNIGHT! (We will have overnight security guards watching everything!)
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SPOT VIA DROP DOWN MENU AND PURCHASE. BOOTH SPACES ARE 8'x10'. YOU MAY PURCHASE A 8X20 BY PUTTING 2 BOOTHS IN THE SAME CART. Artist Alley (A) booths are 6'x4', (and the same rule applies if you would like 2 artist alley spaces together put them in the same cart.)

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Items: Vendors are not allowed to sell anything derogatory such as adult toys and firearms. Each vendor must provide a description of the type of business being conducted in the booth. Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to have items removed that are considered inappropriate.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. Anime Night Mart LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with their operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives, and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event.
Vendor Booths: Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission date, placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have reserved; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.
Booth Set Up: Vendors provide their own tables, chairs and displays.
Acceptance: Anime Night Mart LLC reserves the right to decline any application for booth if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the event. All vendors are subject to approval by Anime Night Mart LLC.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anime Night Mart LLC from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or related to the operation of the Vendors at the event.
Las Vegas (Nevada) Sales Tax Responsibility: At temporary events, the event promoter is responsible for ensuring that sales tax is collected from vendors before the event concludes. Vendors are required to report their taxable sales and remit the applicable sales tax to the promoter before leaving the event. The promoter is then responsible for submitting the collected taxes and required documentation to the Nevada Department of Taxation. If a vendor is already registered with the Nevada Department of Taxation and files their own sales tax returns, they may report and remit independently instead of paying through the promoter, provided the appropriate documentation is completed.
